Christmas has arrived early. Paul Lukas of ESPN.com and nbajerseysoutlet.co the Uni Watch blog reported on Wednesday this year's designs for Christmas Day 2015 jerseys for 27 NBA teams. Lukas said he didn't leak the proposed uniforms for Toronto Raptors and Philadelphia 76ers to avoid revealing any information about the impending 2015-16 season new uniforms of the three teams.
Lukas points out that the jerseys are void of gimmicks. The NBA has tried everything in the past from sleeved uniforms to first name jerseys for Christmas. Social media praised the designs for their clean, vintage look and general cleanliness. Since the NBA schedule for 2015-16 has not been released, it's unclear which teams will be wearing these jerseys.

The jerseys are unique in that they use a cream-colored fabric instead of white. Lukas wrote that the heavy use of cream was meant to evoke parchment. Lukas said that the script chest insignia were meant to mimic the fancy script found on Christmas cards.
The jerseys of each team are pretty much the same. Atlanta Hawks' uniform is unique, with zig-zagging fabric reminiscent of snake skin. Lukas says the Hawks are also working on a new uniform for the regular season. Their Christmas jersey could be a good indication of what to expect.
